The Founder
Hi, I’m Roger.
I spent the first chapter of my career growing customers and subscribers at American Express, Amazon, and DoorDash — building acquisition systems, running subscription growth programs, and launching new product lines into competitive markets. The kind of work most marketers never get to touch at scale.
What those companies taught me, repeatedly, is that the best growth doesn’t come from clever tactics. It comes from systems — channels working together, brand and direct response feeding each other, decisions made on real data instead of gut. Small and growing businesses rarely get access to that kind of thinking, because the people who learn it tend to stay at the big companies.
I started Coastal Reach to bring it elsewhere. We work with local businesses tired of choosing between agencies that just run ads and web designers who build pretty sites no one finds. We work with subscription companies trying to make growth predictable. And we work with new brands launching from zero — bringing the same rigor I brought to enterprise budgets, sized to wherever you are.
